H2O Staying Healthy And Beautiful

The human body is made up mostly of water. Water helps to flush out toxins from your systems. It keeps organs, including the skin lubricated and functioning properly. Water helps to carry nutrients to the cells. You could only live for three days without water getting into your system. Even mild dehydration causes fatigue, headaches, and make you more susceptible to illness.

Water for Beautiful Skin

There are a lot of products out there that offer all sorts of miracle treatments for your skin. You can find anything from buffing creams, to poison injections to help the skin look younger and healthy. Drinking plenty of water will give you a greater benefit health benefit than any of the products you can find out there. Having enough water in your system will give you a healthy glow that no over the counter product can provide. Being properly hydrated will also keep you blemish free, and reduce bloating.

How Much Per Day?

Is eight glasses of water a day really necessary? Well that really depends on your lifestyle. If you are very physically active, or live in a hot climate, or spend most of your time in heated indoor air you may require more than eight glasses of water a day. Also women who are pregnant or breast feeding need to make sure they are getting enough water not only for their own bodies, but for their babies as well.
The good news is that water can be received from many sources, not just plain water; drinking herbal teas counts towards your water consumption. Small amounts of water will be retained from eating certain fruits and vegetables; in fact about 20% of our water intake comes from the foods that we eat. Drinking fruit juices will also give you small amounts of water, although the sugars in most fruit juices make that choice less than optimal.
Even though you have these other choices the majority of your water intake should be plain, clean, clear water. Here are a few signs to watch out for so that you know you have had enough water to drink:
Are you thirsty? If you are often feeling thirsty then you probably are in a mild dehydration. Drinking more water will definitely benefit you. On the other hand if your thirst is usually quenched you are on the right track.
What color is your urine? This may seem like an odd question, but if your urine is dark you are not getting enough water. Having enough water in your system will turn your urine lighter, almost clear and you will need to go more frequently.
How do you feel? One of the first signs of mild dehydration is fatigue. If you are tired it might not be that you need more sleep, but that you need more water!

Water Promotes Weight Loss

Water is a great diet aid. Not only does it work to keep the body regulated internally, but also promotes weight loss by flushing fat from the body. Drinking water also makes a dieter feel fuller and more satiated so that they eat less food. If you are dieting, be sure to add water to your daily menu plan its essential for optimal results.
Not a fan of H20? Add any of the low calorie/no calorie drink mixes to a bottle of the clear stuff for a tasty and refreshing treat that is usually less than five calories. When you consider that an average soda has around 170 calories, water is a good deal for the dieter.

Paraguay-Japan preview

History will be made whatever the outcome when Paraguay meet Japan in the Round of 16 – for whoever prevails in Pretoria will advance to the FIFA World Cup™ quarter-finals for the first time. Having gone beyond the group stage on three of their past seven finals appearances, Gerardo Martino's Paraguay will be determined to build on their success in finishing top of Group F against a Japan side through to the knockout phase for the first time on foreign soil.

The match
Paraguay-Japan, Tshwane/Pretoria (Loftus Versfeld Stadium), 29 June, 16.00

Previously famed for their tenacious rearguard, Paraguay are not just about defence, their 4-3-3 formation including the vastly-experienced Roque Santa Cruz in attack alongside Borussia Dortmund duo Lucas Barrios and Nelson Valdez. Yet they also carry a scoring threat from midfield as Enrique Vera and Cristian Riveros showed when each scored in their 2-0 win over Slovakia. Opponents Japan have shaken off the lacklustre form they showed in the build-up to this tournament to defeat Cameroon and Denmark en route to the last 16.

Coach Takeshi Okada's tactical gamble has paid off in style, with Keisuke Honda thriving in a new attacking role. Behind him, Yasuhito Endo and Kakoto Hasebe have bossed the midfield and Japan showed against Denmark that their armoury includes a distinct set-piece threat – two of their three goals coming direct from free-kicks. Of course their tireless approach also gives them a seeming edge in fitness over some of their rivals. While there is likely to be no change in the Japan lineup, Paraguay have to make do without defensive midfielder Victor Caceres through suspension although centre-back Antolin Alcaraz could return after sitting out the last game through an ankle injury. It is the two sides' first match-up at the FIFA World Cup but they are by no means strangers having met six times previously. The South Americans have recorded two wins to Japan’s one, though the Asians prevailed in the most recent friendly in 2003.

Fighting obesity through sports

Exercise is the most effective in combating obesity.  People who are overweight need to exercise regularly, the key to success in the fight against excess weight, exercising regularly and is continuing (with certain intensity).

Exercise should eat as many calories as possible (more than calories to the intake). Best results are obtained when carrying out a total of five sessions a week with aerobics for a period of 20-60 minutes.
Intensity physical exercise performed may correlate with ventricular shape (number of heart beats per minute).
Ventricular shape which indicates the optimal intensity of physical exercise performed is computed using the rule:
Maximum heart rate = 220 / age (years)

So the maximum frequency of cardiac activity is the result of decrease in the age of 220 years (for example a person aged 50 years, may develop ventricular shape maximum of 170 beats per minute).
A moderate exercise is defined by developing a ventricular pace 50% to 70% of the maximum age. Also an intense exercise is characterized by ventricular shape than 75% of total capacity characteristic age.

Exercise the heart rate exceeds 90% of the allowable age is difficult without a good physical condition and requires activation of anaerobic metabolism (in the absence of oxygen). This effort consumes a large amount of energy and must be followed by other exercises easier, which deoxygenize vital organs and muscles. A proof of installing an anaerobic effort is unable to talk during that year. With increasing effort, breathing becomes heavy, suffocating, with inability to maintain a conversation, a sign that anaerobic metabolism was activated.

Overcome problems arising between parents and children.

How to help quickly to allay the problems that are created between parents and children.
Each of us acts and reacts as has been accustomed to do in childhood. There is, for example, who cries or gets sick even for someone to take care of him. And there are those who, conversely, to feel accepted, is obliged to control their emotions.

The conduct direct emotional life. If you are exacerbated if they have something too can influence and create complex sense of inferiority, guilt, inability to autonomy. And peace in the family leaves. But these forms of neurosis can be cured. If you do not want to face the long and arduous journey of psychoanalysis, it can be a type of psychological therapy in the short term but intensive.

It's called Quadrinity Process and was developed 35 years ago by the psychiatrist Robert Hoffmann. It works in a hotel out of town for a week usually Friday to Friday from morning to evening. With the help of special techniques that facilitate memory, participants describe the scenes of their childhood which then led to the development of negative attitudes, automatic, especially rebellion against the characteristics and behaviors of parents.

Goal of the method is, first, to eliminate the conflict between intellect and emotion adult children, and to achieve harmonious integration of these two elements with the spiritual ego and body, which is the battlefield of everything happens inside us. Hence the name Quadrinity which precisely indicates  the quartet consisting of emotions, reason, spirit and body.

Students discover the roots of their negative behavior, and become self-destructive feelings into positive. Aim to increase self-esteem, love for themselves and for parents. They become, in short, free and independent and find balance. "

You can go jogging in the city and countryside, but it is always preferable to choose green areas such as parks or boulevards. Must begin gradually with the first 15 minutes and then increase the subsequent sessions until you reach 30-45 minutes.

Before running always make some warm-up exercise, even just walking fast for about ten minutes.
In the end it is good to do some 'stretching.
To get results you should run at least 2 or 3 times a week for 20 minutes.

When the temperature is more rigid should dress in layers. In both cases, the tissues should allow adequate moisture, be close to the body but not overly tight and suffocating.
The shoes must be soft enough and with an anatomical shape that fits the foot, but at the same time must be rigid enough to prevent friction on any terrain.
